As a publisher on MDarasa Publisher, you are responsible for ensuring that all content you upload, publish, or distribute through our platform is original, does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to publish the content you submit.
Publishers must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the accuracy of their account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Content published on MDarasa Publisher must be educational in nature and appropriate for the platform's audience. Publishers are prohibited from publishing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or our community standards.
Publishers retain full ownership of their original content. By publishing content on MDarasa Publisher, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your content through our platform for the purpose of making it available to learners who have purchased or subscribed to your content.
This license allows us to use your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the MDarasa Publisher platform. You retain all rights to your content and may remove it from the platform at any time, subject to our refund and subscription policies. We will not use your content for any purpose outside of the platform without your explicit consent.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on our platform, please contact us immediately with details of the alleged infringement. We take intellectual property rights seriously and will investigate all valid claims.
Commission rates are established per publisher agreement and may vary based on factors such as content volume, exclusivity arrangements, and partnership terms. All commission rates and payment terms will be clearly communicated to you upon approval of your publisher account. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with reasonable notice, though existing content sales will typically be honored at the rate in effect at the time of sale.
Payments to publishers are processed monthly, subject to minimum payout thresholds as specified in your publisher agreement. We are not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by incorrect payment information provided by publishers or issues with third-party payment processors. Publishers are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
In cases where refunds are issued to learners, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account balance. We reserve the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or disputes regarding content ownership or quality.
Users of MDarasa Publisher are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to circumvent content protection measures, sharing account credentials, engaging in fraudulent activities, manipulating sales or subscription data, or using the platform for any illegal purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. In cases of account termination, we may withhold payments pending resolution of any disputes or investigations.
MDarasa Publisher provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
